Artist Scott Scarboro describes his plans for an art installation that will be part of the New Albany Bicentennial Public Art Project on Saturday morning at the Carnegie Center for Art and History in New Albany. Scarboro's theme for the project is "Newspapers and Broadcasting" and will feature archival news and radio clips broadcast at the intersection of Scribner and Market streets in downtown.
