LOUISVILLE — As amusement park lovers are counting down the days until the new Kentucky Kingdom and Hurricane Bay open, the park’s operators are looking for workers to greet thrill-seekers.

A job fair is being held Saturday, Jan. 4, at the Coronet Ballroom at the Crown Plaza on Phillips Lane.

The purpose of the job fair is for potential employees to meet park management and learn about the employment options available.

Hourly wages begin at $8.50 and include perks such as a season pass, free uniforms and tickets for friends and family.
