Offering an Olive Leaf

Ribbon-cutting held for new Jeffersonville eatery

JEFFERSONVILLE — Owner Jimmy Shraby and Jeffersonville Mayor Mike Moore shook hands after cutting the ribbon for the Olive Leaf Bistro's grand opening on Riverside Drive in downtown Jeffersonville Wednesday morning. Shraby, who has been working to open the restaurant for the past year, saw opportunity and potential with the development of River Ridge, Louisville across the river and the opening of the Big Four Bridge. The bistro will feature a variety of mediterranean cuisines from multiple countries in the region.
