Brad Meadows, communications manager with the commission, said that even with the probable-cause findings, he said the matter is a civil dispute and no charges have been filed against Davey. He added the filing does not resolve the complaint and it does not say the owner is guilty of the allegations.
“What we found was reasonable belief sexual harassment did occur,” he said.
The matter is a civil dispute and will go to a mediator to attempt to reach a resolution before it would go to court.
A message left for Davey was not returned as of press time.
