Lanesville knocked down seven 3-pointers and cruised to a 74-42 victory over Eastern on Friday.

Jack Ferree had a game-high 19 points and hit two 3s for the 9-6 Eagles. Jason Harmon added 16 points and Joe Ferree, who also hit a pair of shots behind the 3-point line, had 13.

Eastern got 14 points from Jacob Timmons in the loss.
