• William Barber (Spalding men’s basketball, Sr.) — top performance: 17 points, shooting 5-of-8 from the field, 2-of-4 from 3-point range and 5-of-5 from the free-throw line, four rebounds and two assists in the Golden Eagles’ 78-69 win at Transylvania on Dec. 21; team records: 4-5 overall, 2-0 St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.

• Kamaren Cole (Danville Area Community College women’s basketball, So.) — notes: four points and team-high two assists in the Jaguars’ 84-51 home loss to Lake Land on Dec. 18; team record: 8-5.

• Kayton Cole (Danville Area Community College women’s basketball, So.) — notes: two points, team-high two assists and two steals in the Jaguars’ 84-51 home setback to Lake Land on Dec. 18; team record: 8-5.

• Donnie Hale (Bellarmine men’s swimming, So.) — notes: Hale is now eligible to play for the Knights after spending the early part of his college career at Purdue; team record: 8-0.

• Parker Henes (IU Southeast men’s basketball, Jr.) — bi-weekly stats: two points per game, 1-2 field goals, 2-2 free throws, five rebounds; notes: four rebounds and two points in the Grenadiers’ 103-85 win at Asbury on Dec. 18; team records: 7-3 overall, 2-0 KIAC.

• Rachel Klein (Bellarmine women’s swimming, Fr.) — notes: 14th in the 400 freestyle relay (3:40.46) and 39th in the 100 free preliminaries (55.38) at the Nova Southeastern University Sharks Invitational Dec. 16-17 in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

• Tanner Marcum (Southern Indiana women’s basketball, Fr.) — notes: two assists in the Screaming Eagles’ 90-64 victory over Trevecca Nazarene at the MetroMedical Solutions Bellarmine Classic on Dec. 20; team record: 6-2.

• Jordy Martin (Rose-Hulman men’s basketball, Sr.) — notes: two assists and two steals in the Engineers’ 85-80 home victory over John Carroll on Dec. 21; team records: 7-3 overall, 2-1 HCAC.

• TeNale Roland (Utah State men’s basketball, Sr.) — bi-weekly stats: 3.8 points per game, 5-15 field goals, 3-9 3-pointers, 2-3 free throws, nine assists, four rebounds; notes: five points, three assists and two rebounds in the Aggies’ 71-50 win over Troy at the Basketball Travelers Inc., Classic on Dec. 21 in Logan, Utah; Utah State won the tournament title in the round-robin event; team record: 10-2.

• A.J. Schmidt (McKendree men’s basketball, So.) — bi-weekly stats: 1.5 points per game, 1-2 field goals, 1-2 3-pointers, five assists, four rebounds; notes: three points, three assists and two rebounds in the Bearcats’ 80-75 double-overtime home victory over Benedictine University-Springfield on Dec. 20; team record: 6-2.

• Josh Underwood (Bellarmine men’s swimming, Jr.) — notes: 23rd in the 400 freestyle relay (3:30.54), 32nd in the 200 breaststroke preliminaries (2:28.96), 46th in the 100 breast prelims (1:07.7) and 80th in the 100 free prelims (53.72) at the Nova Southeastern University Sharks Invitational Dec. 16-17 in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

• Chris Whitehead (Fordham men’s basketball, Jr.) — notes: one assist in the Rams’ 83-69 home victory over Loyola of Chicago on Dec. 23; team record: 7-5.
