COLLEGE VOLLEYBALL: Grenadiers beat Oakland City in four sets

NEW ALBANY — Four Grenadiers had double-digit kills as Indiana Southeast pushed its winning streak to four-straight matches with a 3-1 win over Oakland City Thursday night.

The Grenadiers (8-4) defeated the Oaks 20-25, 25-21, 25-15, 25-19.

Sara Schum led the way with a season-high 17 kills, Nicole Jones had a season-high 15, Jade Troutman added a season-high 13 and Kristyn Maymon finished with 11 kills.

Meaghen Tompkins had 64 assists and Stephanie Bradshaw had 25 digs for IU Southeast.

Tya Harmon had 15 kills and Kaebra LaGrange had 10 kills for Oakland City.

IU Southeast heads to Kentucky Wesleyan on Saturday for a 3 p.m. match.
