Event features Four Roses cocktails; silent auction

LOUISVILLE — El Camino, 1314 Bardstown Road, Louisville, will host a fundraiser tonight to benefit the 75 employees of Sam’s Food and Spirits who lost their jobs when the restaurant was destroyed by a fire late Monday evening.

The event will feature Four Roses cocktails for $7 with all proceeds donated, and donations will be accepted at the event, according to El Camino's Facebook page.

Items up for auction will include two specialty bottles of Four Roses bourbon, gift certificates to area restaurants and bars, jewelry donated by Koerber’s Fine Jewelry in New Albany, pillows and horseshoe handle trays by Collective 27, and a private dinner with wine and cocktails served by El Camino Executive Chef Brian Enyart.

The event will be held from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. today. The silent auction will conclude at 11 p.m.
