Matthew D. Brown, of the 1800 block of McDonald Lane in New Albany, was arrested on multiple drug related charges that include allegedly dealing in controlled substances and dealing in marijuana and hashish. He is currently in the Floyd County Jail.

FLEX officers found the drugs Xanax and Opana, along with marijuana and hash inside Brown’s residence during the execution of a search warrant. Also seized by police were several firearms and firearm-related items, including ammunition.
