Trick-or-treating still on in New Albany, Jeffersonville

> SOUTHERN INDIANA — Parents are advised to use their own discretion for trick-or-treating tonight, as city officials said they likely won’t cancel Halloween festivities in New Albany.

New Albany will reserve the same hours — 5 to 8:30 p.m. — on Friday for trick-or-treating if the weather becomes too severe this evening. Jeffersonville's trick-or-treat hours are 6 to 9 p.m. tonight; if parents are concerned with the severe weather forecast for tonight, they can take their children trick-or-treating on Saturday during the same time.

For more information on New Albany's hours, visit the website www.cityofnewalbany.com.
