Baumann set a pool record with 315.55 points in the diving event.

“We took some opportunities to swim some different events on Saturday,” Floyd Central coach Joe Perkins said. “Our girls are showing some great effort in practice as we head toward the end of the season.  We need to continue or improvement in meet preparation and focusing on the finer points of racing as we get closer to the end of the season.”

Brendon Smith, Noble Guyon, Colin Lyell, Marc McCormick, Eli Anderson, Grant Anderson, Nathan Manias, Sam Cleveland and Matt Byrnes were winners in the boys’ event.

“Our boys are showing steady improvement as the season moves forward,” Perkins said. “They have continued to work hard and are focusing on the little technique points we look at in practice to continue to improve.
