    Game notes: The second game of the scheduled doubleheader was called in the fourth because of lightning. Charlestown was ahead 4-0 and Reich had hit his second home run of the day. Charlestown pitcher Austin Smith had a two-hit shutout through three innings.

    Charlestown coach Ricky Romans: “We finally showed up and played team baseball today and did the little things correctly. We played well in all facets and showed great energy today.”

    Records: Charlestown 9-6, Southwestern 5-14.
