Clarksville man spits blood on officers

Taken into custody on claim of domestic violence

Once Fahimi was taken to the Michael L. Becher Adult Correctional Complex, four Xanax bars were found in a metal container in his pocket, police reported.

At the jail, Fahimi was belligerent with Clark County Sheriff's deputies and was placed into a single cell, according to the report.

“While this officer was filling out his paperwork, the control room operator then came over the intercom and stated that Fahimi was retrieving something out of his underwear.”

Deputies responded to Fahimi’s cell and found him with a box containing 13 strips of suboxone in his underwear tucked under his genitalia.

Fahimi has been charged in Clark County Circuit Court No. 4 with two counts possession of controlled substance and trafficking with an inmate, all class C felonies; three counts battery by bodily waste and battery, all class D felonies; two counts resisting law enforcement and domestic battery, all class A misdemeanors.

A pretrial conference has been scheduled for July 22.
