Car cruise benefits Christmas programs

LOUISVILLE — Cars for Christmas, a two-stop car cruise, will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, at from Papa Johns Cardinal Stadium, with stops at WAVE 3 and the Harrison County Fairgrounds.

Donations are accepted and will benefit the WAVE 3 Angel Tree, the Harrison County Shop with a Cop program, Indiana State Police and the Harrison County Sheriff Association. Donations must be a new toy or new clothes item. Please do not wrap items. Registration is 6:30 to 9:45 a.m. at Papa Johns Cardinal Stadium. Vehicles can be vintage, hot rods or any family vehicle, but no motorcycles. Rain date is Nov. 3.
