> SOUTHERN INDIANA — • Holiday ornaments featuring the historic Town Clock Church in New Albany are still available for purchase.

The ornament is the sixth in the annual holiday series sponsored by Develop New Albany, as ornaments feature noted buildings in the city. Past ornaments include models of the Calumet Club, the Kaiser Tobacco building and the River City Winery building.

All six ornaments are available for purchase for $15 each, and can be found at downtown establishments such as Colokial, Dress & Dwell, Opal Gypsy and The Gallery on Pearl.

Proceeds benefit downtown revitalization efforts.

• Jeffersonville Main Street announces that the latest ornament in its local landmarks series is available for sale.

The historic Nachand Fieldhouse, celebrating its 75th anniversary this year, is featured on this year’s ornament. The cost of the ornament is $8.50 and they are available at Sugar Maples Antiques, 109 W. Maple St. and Choices/CCF Boutique, 437 Spring St.  Also available for sale at these locations are the previous ornaments in the series, including Schimpff’s Confectionery, Howard Steamboat Museum, City Hall at the Quartermaster, and the Colgate Clock.

The entire series can be viewed at www.JeffMainStreet.org. Schimpff’s Confectionery, 347 Spring St., also has the Schimpff’s ornaments for sale.

Proceeds from ornament sales benefit Jeffersonville Main Street Inc., a nonprofit organization working to help revitalize historic downtown Jeffersonville.
