Pulse survey for News and Tribune is up after technical issues

— For anyone who attempted to complete the News and Tribune reader survey Thursday or early Friday and couldn’t, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Our partner, Pulse Research, was experiencing issues with the program used to deliver the survey. We’ve been assured the issues have been resolved and that the survey is now accessible at pulseresearch.com/newsandtribune

The News and Tribune has partnered with Pulse, an independent research company, in conducting a study on our behalf. We want to know what you like about your Clark and Floyd county newspaper. We want to know what you don’t like. This survey is constructed to give us information we need to help your reading and buying decisions better — both in print and online. If you give us about 20 minutes to complete the online survey, we believe we will be better able to give our readers and advertising partners better products. And your name will be entered into one of three drawings for prizes — and iPod and one of two $100 gift cards.
