Churches sought to be in book
In celebration of New Albany’s 200th birthday in 2013, the Bicentennial Commission has chosen as one of its projects an update publication of New Albany/Floyd County churches and their history.
A subcommittee has been formed to oversee this task of an updated church publication. This group extends an invitation to every church in New Albany/Floyd County to become a part of this project. Letters have recently been sent to more that 100 known churches in the area. In case a church was overlooked, all churches are still are invited to be a part of the book. There is no charge to be included in the book.
