Inspection work continues on Kennedy Bridge

> SOUTHERN INDIANA — Inspection work on the Kennedy Bridge is scheduled to continue this week on Interstate 65 northbound.

Only the right lane of I-65 north will be closed during daytime hours for the remainder of the inspection work, leaving three lanes open to traffic.

Walsh Construction is overseeing the short-term inspection of the bridge to finalize design plans for the redecking work in 2016. The actual starting time and duration of the work may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen activities occur.
