Powerball ticket purchased in Jeffersonville set to expire

Ticket bought on April 10 at Circle K

— Do you remember what you were doing April 10 of this year? If you were in Jeffersonville and purchased a Powerball ticket, you might want to drag out your spring jacket and check the pockets.

A $1 million Powerball prize won in the Hoosier state in the April 10 drawing is about to expire, according to a release from the Hoosier Lottery. The ticket was purchased at Circle K at 3830 Hamburg Pike.

The ticket matched the first five numbers, but not the Powerball number, in the Wednesday, April 10 drawing — and is set to expire one week Oct. 7.

The winning numbers in the April 10 drawing were: 1-36-40-52-53 PB:20.

The ticket holder has until 5 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 7 to present the winning ticket to Hoosier Lottery officials at Hoosier Lottery headquarters, 1302 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis. The ticket holder should sign the back immediately and contact Hoosier Lottery customer service.
