Recent winds have downed many of the leaves across southern Indiana. It’s been a breezy start to the month with a fairly active weather pattern bringing rain chances the past two weeks. More active weather is yet to come over the next seven days. The next front will move through late Saturday into Sunday. There’s little to no moisture with this system so we’re not anticipating much in the way of rain ... just a few clouds and cooler temperatures for the end of the weekend.
A stronger front brings much cooler air and the possibility of snow to Kentuckiana. This cold front will bring gusty northerly winds on Tuesday that will push temperatures into the 30s by Tuesday afternoon. As temperatures fall there’s a chance we could see a few snow showers nearby and it’s not out of the question that just north of here an accumulating snow would be possible. We’re still several days away and a lot can change between now and then, especially when it comes to snow.
Oh ... the joys of November in the Ohio Valley!
