Tiara Heather Layton, 5; of Jeffersonville

Funeral services for Tiara Heather Layton, 5, of Jeffersonville, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Restoration Christian Church, Sellersburg, with private interment. She died Tuesday, June 23, 2009, while in the company of family members at her residence.

She was born in Louisville on Jan. 18, 2004. She just graduated Preschool at Rock Creek Christian Academy and was a member of Restoration Christian Church, both in Sellersburg,

Survivors include her father, Michael Layton, of Jeffersonville; her mother, Regina Fenner Layton, of Jeffersonville; two brothers, Mathew Fenner and Tyler Carrier; maternal grandparents, Roger and Patty Fenner, of Charlestown; great-grandmother, Alberta Melling, of Virginia; paternal grandmother, Geneva Layton, of Jeffersonville; and great-grandmother, Stella Cravens, of Louisville; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Thursday at R.D. Pyke, Henryville and after 9 a.m. Friday at the church.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the family in care of Pyke Funeral Home, P.O. Box 206, Henryville, IN 47126.
