Arville K. ‘Bubby’ Smith, 58; of Clarksville

A memorial service for Arville K. “Bubby” Smith, 58, of Clarksville, will be at 6 p.m. Wednesday, July 16, at Ashland Park at the Falls of the Ohio in Clarksville. He died Saturday, July 12 2008, at Clark Memorial Hospital.

He was a truck driver and a member of the Token Club A.A. of Jeffersonville.

Survivors include his children, Damon K. and Stacey D. Smith, former spouse, Carolyn A. Rivera; sisters, Cynthia A. Smith, Karen Crawford and Kathy Jo Smith-Jenks; a grandchild, Carlee Reece Smith; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial visitation with the family will be at the Token Club, 511 Indiana Ave., Jeffersonville, following the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given toward a brick at the Falls of the Ohio State Park, in care of the family.

R.D. Pyke Funeral Service, Henryville, is in charge of arrangements.
