Myra A. Mullins, 65; of Corydon

Myra A. Mullins, 65, of Corydon, died Monday, Aug. 18, 2008 at her home in Corydon.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas E. Mullins, Corydon, and son, Christopher E. Mullins, Jeffersonville.

Cremation was chosen and there will be no services.

Arrangements are being handled by Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home, Corydon.

USAF Staff Sgt. Anthony ‘Tony’ Slentz

30; of Elizabeth

Funeral services for USAF Staff Sgt. Anthony “Tony” Slentz, 30, of Elizabeth, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 23, at the Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home, Corydon, with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth. He died Thursday, Aug. 14, 2008, at University of New Mexico Hospital in Albuquerque.

He was born in Suwon, Korea, on April 26, 1978, the son of Robert and Hae Son Slentz. He formerly lived in Elizabeth and was a staff sergeant in the United States Air Force.

Survivors include his wife, the former Tara Beams and a son, Cameron Slentz both of Albuquerque, N.M.; a brother, Kim Slentz, Shreveport, La.; his parents, Robert and Hae Son Slentz, Fort Humphries, Korea; and grandparents, Donald and Dorothy Slentz, Fairland.

He was preceded in death by a son, Wesley Brian Slentz.

Visitation at the funeral home will be from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, Aug. 22 and after 9 a.m. Saturday.
