Annie F. King, 85; of Floyds Knobs
Funeral services for Annie F. King, 85, of Floyds Knobs, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 28, at Coots Funeral Home in Jeffersonville, with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery. She died Monday, Aug. 25, 2008, at her home.
She was born Feb. 25, 1923, in Hazel, Ky., to the late William and Era Hankins King. She was retired production worker for I.C.I. Americas. She volunteered for the Clark County Hospital.
Survivors include her nieces, Rhonda A. Koop, of Floyds Knobs, and Vicke Cook, of Jeffersonville; nephews, Wayne King, of Jeffersonville, and Bill King, of Toronto; sister-in-law, Virginia King, of Jeffersonville; and great-niece and caregiver, Kristy Caudill, of Floyds Knobs.
She was preceded in death by her niece, Karen Holthouser, of Clarksville.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. today.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the Alzheimer’s Association.
