James ‘Ryan’ Shawver, 19; of Depauw

Funeral services for James “Ryan” Shawver, 19, of Depauw, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 30 at Kraft Funeral Services, Charlestown Road Chapel, with burial in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park. He died Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2008.

He was a 2007 graduate of North Harrison High School and was currently attending Indiana University Southeast where he was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity.

Survivors include his father, James L. Shawver and his wife, Denise; mother, Demetria Griffin and fiancé, Jack Frazier; sisters, Macy and Savannah; brothers, David J. Shawver and Zachary Gaines; grandfather, John B. Bodner Jr.; grandmothers, Joy Bodner, Kay Shawver, and Donna Luther; great-grandparents, CSM (Ret.) Earl and Maxine Boyd and Audrey Bodner; aunts and uncles, Baron Bodner, Hyon Bodner, Larry and Pat Hardaway, Gary and Mary Foster, Brent and Cara Schroeder, Jimmy and Carol Bodner; cousins, Jesse and Beth Huff, Terry Huff, Kyle Chandler, Josh Hardaway, Laura Hardaway, Jared Bodner, Scotty Foster, Tommy Foster, Conner Huff, Monica Huff, James T. Bodner, Sarah Kerlick, Grace Schroeder, Garrett Schroeder, Scott, Derek, and Katlin Griffin and family, and the Frazier family.

Visitation at the funeral home will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today, Thursday, Aug. 28, and from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 29.
