Margaret “Louise” Key Jarvis
Margaret ‘Louise’ Kay Jarvis, 77; of Clarksville
Funeral services for Margaret “Louise” Key Jarvis, 77, of Clarksville, will be at noon Friday, Oct. 17, at Kraft Funeral Services, Charlestown Road Chapel, with interment in Walnut Ridge Cemetery. She died Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2008.
She was a native of Jellico, Tenn., a former resident of Louisville, and had resided in Clarksville since 1957. She was a school teacher for many years and formerly taught at the old Ninth & O Christian School in Louisville. She was also an artist and had a special place in her heart for special needs children. She was a member of First Southern Baptist Church, Clarksville.
She was the widow of her husband of 54 years Paul Jarvis and was also preceded in death by her parents, and a brother John W. Key Jr.
Survivors include three children, Rick Jarvis , Clarksville, Paula Fullerton, New Albany and Carol Jarvis, Clarksville; a sister, Phyllis Lawson, California; and four grandchildren, Thomas Jarvis and Amy, Michael and Susan Fullerton.
Visitation at the funeral home will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 16.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to First Southern Baptist Church, 215 Ettels Lane, Clarksville.
