Dianna Weis, 61, of Louisville, passed away Friday, April 12, 2013.
She was a Southern High School graduate of the Class of 1969. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and enjoyed watching her grandchildren play in various sporting events. She was also known as a Bunco fanatic, as she played with the same group for more than 40 years.
Dianna also enjoyed arts and crafts. She worked for Louisville Metro Police as a school guard supervisor/unit secretary in the traffic division for nearly 30 years and was a member of the F.O.P.
Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Louis Weis; sons, Bryan Weis and his wife, Melissa, and Jeff Weis and his wife, Leslie; her mother, Evelyn Kleinhelter; and grandchildren, Hannah, Skylar, Shelby, Nathan and Tyler.
Her funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 16, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, 11501 Maple Way in Louisville, with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Okolona will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Monday.
