Ann Mayflower

95; formerly of Clarksville

— Funeral services for Ann Mayflower, 95, formerly of Clarksville, will be at 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 23, at Chapman Funeral Home, Clarksville, with burial to follow in Hardinsburg Cemetery. She died Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013, at the Countryside Meadows Nursing Home, Avon.

She was born in Charlestown, and was a former member of Morton Memorial United Methodist Church.

Survivors include a son, Chester A. Mayflower and his wife Margaret, Avon; a daughter, Rebecca Rose Simmons and her husband Bill,  Fredericksburg; six grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Chester A. Mayflower Sr.

Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
