William Kenneth Turnbow, 59; Jeffersonville

— Funeral services for William Kenneth Turnbow, 59, Jeffersonville, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Clarksville, with internment at a later date. He died Friday, Jan. 3, 2014, at Clark Memorial Hospital.

He retired from the Air Force after 21 years of service and was a member of St. Anthony’s of Padua Catholic Church. He was a native of Paducah, Ky.

He is survived by his wife, Rose M. Turnbow Ernstberger; daughters, Jaclyn Ledbetter and her husband, Jason, Jeffersonville, and Veronica Atkins and her husband, Shawn, Fredericksburg; his mother, Hazel Turnbow (Miller) of Quincy, Ill.; his brothers, Charles Turnbow and his wife, Roberta, Quincy, Ill., and Joseph D. Turnbow and his wife, Annette, Adkins, Texas; his sisters, Patricia Kirk, Quincy, Ill., and Joanna Bunch and her husband, Gary, Quincy, Ill.; his grandsons, Nathaniel A. Atkins and Jacob Atkins; his granddaughters, Sidney Atkins, Rhianna Ledbetter, Rachel Ledbetter, and Bella Ledbetter; his mother-in-law, Agnes Ernstberger and father-in-law, Gilbert Ernstberger of Clarksville.

He was preceded in death by his father, William J. Turnbow and his sister, Penelope Turnbow.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. today, at E.M. Coots’ Sons Funeral Home, Jeffersonville
