Robin Banet (Seamon)

51; of New Albany

 A funeral liturgy for Robin Banet (Seamon), 51, of New Albany, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 11, at St. Mary of the Knobs Chapel with burial to follow in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park. She died  Friday, June 7, at her residence surrounded by her husband David and family.

Robin was an administrative assistant with Southern Indiana Rehabilitation Center for some 12 years where she touched  many lives. She was a member of St. Mary of the Knobs Catholic Church.  Robin was a devoted wife, mother, sister and daughter who loved not only her family but life itself. She leaves so many wonderful memories and will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her.

Survivors include her husband of 15 years, David Seamon; children, Brandon and Caitlyn Seamon; mother, Cornelia (Schindler) Porter; siblings, Donald Banet, Moe Banet (Donna), Cheryl Banet(Dan Ducharme), Terry Banet (Cindy) and David Banet; 10 nieces and nephews; 20 great-nieces and nephews; one great-great nephew; and many cousins and extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Tommy Banet; and her father and mother-in-law, Jim and Florence Seamon. 

Reception of family and friends will be from noon to 8 p.m. Monday and after 8 a.m. Tuesday at Kraft Funeral Service, Charlestown Road Chapel, New Albany.
