Richey N. Lambert

77; of Georgetown

— Funeral services for Richey N. Lambert, 77, of Georgetown, will be at Hurst Funeral Home, Tonica, Ill. She died Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013, at Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services.

 She was the former Richey Nicholson, a native of Tonica, Ill. She was a retired teacher and homemaker. She was a member of Beta Omega Chapter PSI Iota XI and several bridge groups. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, Tonica, Ill. and the Presbyterian Church, Crawfordsville. She was the number one fan and cheerleader of her husband, children and grandchildren.

  Survivors include her husband, George Lambert; a son, Dale M. Lambert and his wife, Vickie, of Noblesville; three daughters, Leslie E. Baim and her husband, Doug, of Yorktown, Jamie L. Lambert, of Georgetown, and Veronica Bacigalupo, of Vina Del Mar, Chile; two brothers, Robert Bruce Nicholson and his wife, Sandy, of Ft. Madison, Iowa, and Bradley K. Nicholson and his wife, Linda, of  Ladd, Ill.; a sister, Rhoda Hobneck and her husband, Bob, of Tonica, Ill.; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Visitation will be from noon to 7 p.m. Friday, at Seabrook Dieckmann & Naville Funeral Homes, Market Street Chapel, New Albany.

Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery, Tonica, Ill.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Best Friends and New Albany Floyd County Public Library.
