Goldie Marie Morgenroth, 89; New Albany

— Funeral services for Goldie Marie Morgenroth, 89, New Albany, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, at Kraft Funeral Service, Spring Street Chapel, New Albany, with burial in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, New Albany. She died Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2013, at Providence Diversicare Center, New Albany.

 She was born March 20, 1924 in Eckerty, to the late John Phillip and Amy Young Deich. She was a past member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church and the Madonna Circle, New Albany and associate member of St. Peter Catholic Church, Elizabeth.

Survivors include her daughters, Teresa Crask and her husband, Buddy, Marlene Ottersbach and her husband, John, and Rosemarie Ayers and her husband, Rich; grandchildren, Michael Crask, Michelle Kamber, Chrisie McLarnan, Jay Ottersbach, Kim Winters, Daniel Ottersbach, Devin Pendleton and Audrey Campbell; and great-grandchildren,Tori, Zach, Nick, Amanda, Hayden, Hayley, Luke, Tyler, Zak, Skyler, Vivian, Macey, Brady, Carson and Eleanor.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Morgenroth; grandson, Matthew Crask; sister, Juanita Brown; and brother, Phillip Deich. The family would like to thank the staff of Providence Diversicare Center and Drs. Beasley, Saleem and Gondi for the special care and support shown to their mother.  

Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday, at the funeral home.
