Norris C. Delph, 85; New Albany

— Funeral services for Norris C. Delph, 85, New Albany, will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 27, at the Market Street Chapel of Seabrook Dieckmann & Naville Funeral Homes, New Albany, with interment to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park. He died Sunday, Dec. 22, 2013, at Providence Retirement Home.

He was a native of Grant County, Ky. and was a retired math teacher at New Albany High School and for the New Albany-Floyd County Consolidated School Corp. He served as rifle coach for New Albany High School. He was a member of the Eastside Christian Church. He was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War and retired as a lieutenant colonel from the U.S. Air Force.

He is survived by his wife Betty J. (Steward) Delph; two daughters, Lisa G. Ballmer (Roger), Floyds Knobs and Lee Ann Keller (Matt), Clarksville; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Expressions of sympathy may go to Eastide Christian Church.
