Adam F. Stumler Jr., 57; of Georgetown

Funeral services for Adam F. Stumler Jr., 57, of Georgetown, will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 19, at the Spring Street Chapel of Kraft Funeral Service, in New Albany. He died Friday, March 15, 2013.

He was born Oct. 21, 1955, in Jeffersonville to the late Adam F. Stumler Sr. and Mary Frances Chandler Stumler. He was a graduate of Millersburg Military Institute, worked at the Pilsbury Co. in New Albany for nearly 30 years, and most recently was employed at Tyler Automotive Co.

He spent several years living in Ormond Beach, Fla. He loved to ride Harley Davidsons and was an avid Indiana Hoosiers basketball fan. 

Survivors include two daughters, Erica Nash and her husband, David, and Amber Stumler; three grandchildren, Andrew, Elijah and Brody Nash; and his former spouse and good friend, Patricia Bennett Stumler.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Ashley Stumler; and siblings, Mary Adlynn, John P. and Robert Stumler.

A reception of family and friends will be from 3 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
