Dorothy “Dot” Mae Sieg, 78; New Albany

— Funeral services for Dorothy “Dot” Mae Sieg, 78, New Albany, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 15, at the Charlestown Road chapel of Kraft Funeral Service with private entombment to follow in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.

She died Saturday, April 12, 2014 at Kindred Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. She was born May 30, 1935, in Magnolia, Ind., to the late John and Gladys Roberson. Dorothy was retired from General Electric in Louisville after 25 years of service, and was a volunteer for Helping Hearts and Helping Hands, and the Salvation Army. She was preceded in death by her brother Wayne Roberson.

Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Vincent Sieg; son, Brian Sieg and his wife Mary Eve; grandson, Will Sieg; granddaughter, Loren Sieg; nieces, Angie Hildenbrand, Pam Roberson.

Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany.
