George A. Coleman, 91; of Sellersburg

> SOUTHERN INDIANA — Funeral sevices for George A. Coleman, 91, of Sellersburg, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 5, at First Southern Baptist Church in Clarksville, with burial in Green Hills Memorial Gardens in Middlesoro, Ky., to follow on Wednesday. He died Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, at Clark Memorial Hospital.

He served his country in the United States Army and retired from Housing Urban Development where he served as a building inspector. He was a member and former deacon at First Southern Baptist Church in Clarksville.

Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Wanda Coleman; his daughters, Marilyn Butterman and her husband, Garry III, of Crestwood,Ky., and Tana Harris and her husband, Bob, of Charlestown; a brother, Don Coleman and his wife, Jean, of Middlesboro, Ky.; a sister, Helen Jackson, of Middlesboro, Ky.; grandchildren, Jill Canuel, Susan Gingerich, Kelly Oakley, Rob Harris and Veronica Harris; and seven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, George David Coleman and a grandson, Garry G. Butterman IV.

Visitation at Garr Funearl Home in Sellersburg will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 4.
