Wesley Bruce ‘Pop’ Lefler

85; Sellersburg

A celebration of life service for  Wesley Bruce “Pop” Lefler, 85, Sellersburg, will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday, July 5, at the Lefler residence. He died  Tuesday, July 1, 2014.

 He was a retired brick and stone mason. He enjoyed to karaoke and was a member of the Elks Lodge, Moose Lodge, as well as the American Legion Post 28 Bonnie Sloan. He was born May 6, 1929 in Albemarle, N. C. to the late Wesley Gannon and Fannie Ardena Tucker Lefler.

He is survived by his son, David Bruce Lefler and his wife, Debbie; and grandchildren, Sean Wesley Lefler and Kristen Marie Lefler. 

 He was also preceded in death by his wife, Eva Mae Eudy Lefler, brothers, Bueal and Aaron Lefler, and sister, Teat Kelly. 

Cremation was chosen following Wesley’s wishes.

 Newcomer Funeral Home, New Albany, was entrusted with arrangements.
