79; New Albany

— Funeral services for Robert L. “Bob” Humphrey, 79, New Albany, will be at 1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 3, in the Market Street Chapel of Seabrook Dieckmann & Naville Funeral Homes, New Albany, with burial in Bethesda Cemetery, Elizabeth, He died Friday, Jan. 31, 2014, at Autumn Woods Health Campus in New Albany.

He was born in New Amsterdam, Ind., to the late Frank and Velena (Sonner) Humphrey. He was a graduate of New Albany High School and was retired from Essroc Cement Company in Speed.

Survivors include four sons, Donald (Debbie) Humphrey, Borden, Robert (Mary) Humphrey, Charlestown, Michael (Debbie) Humphrey, DePauw and Jeffrey Humphrey, New Albany; two daughters, Pamela (Kevin) Bostock, Floyds Knobs, and Connie (Rick) Bobbitt, Princeton, Ind.; two brothers, Carl Humphrey, Clarksville, and Paul Humphrey, Palm Coast, Fla.; one sister,

Carolyn Sneed, Corydon; 13 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews and cousins,

He was preceded in death by his wife, Edna Mae (Stucky) Humphrey.

Visitation will be from 2 to 8 PM Sunday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
