Eula Marie Click

87; Clarksville

Funeral services for Eula Marie Click, 87, Clarksville, will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 14, at Chapman Funeral Home, Clarksville, with burial in Mount Carmel Cemetery, Fredericksburg. She died Friday, Feb. 7, 2014.

She was born Feb. 1, 1927 in Whitley County, Ky. to Tharsa Anne and John L. Wells. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and homemaker. She was a past member of the Pi Omicron Sorority where she made many life long friendships. She was a member of the Ruth class at First Southern Baptist Church, Clarksville. She had retired as a cafeteria supervisor for the Clarksville Community School System. She also worked during World War II in a plywood factory producing airplane parts, of which she was very proud in helping her country. She was the youngest of nine children. She lived a life that truly exhibited the values of being a Christian, selflessness and compassion. She found good in everything always having time to listen and give thanks for each day. She loved her family vacations to the ocean.

She is survived by her three sons, Michael Click, Lebanon, Dr. John Click and his wife, Sharon, Floyds Knobs, and Steven Click and his wife, Linda, Fairfax, Va.; seven grandchildren; and countless friends especially the Fishers, Mrs. Carolyn Langdon and Mrs. Mary Helen Edelen.

 She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell C. Click, two daughters, Carole Anne and Elaine Kay Click, and granddaughter, Meagan E. Click.

Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday, and after 9 a.m. Friday, at the funeral home.
