Gladys E. (Haines) Hook 85; of Georgetown

Funeral services for Gladys E. (Haines) Hook, 85, of Georgetown will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19, at the Market Street Chapel of Seabrook Dieckmann & Naville Funeral Home with burial to follow in Kraft Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany.

She died Sunday morning, Dec. 16, 2012, at her. She was a native of Louisville and a Member of Wesley Chapel UMC in New Albany. She was retired from Farmers State Bank in Lanesville and was a member of the VFW Hobart Beach Post 1693 Ladies Auxiliary in New Albany.

Survivors include her sons Carl A. Hook and wife Rebecca of Georgetown and Michael D. Hook and wife Tracy of Rogers, Ark; daughter Janis McNutt and husband Stan of Georgetown; grandchidren Cassandra and husband Nicholas, Allison and husband Thomas, Zachary and wife Emilie, Alexzandria and husband Blake and Morgan; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Carl Hook and parents George Haines and Margaret (Stickler) Haines-Royalty.

Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
