Marjorie K. Raymond

96; of New Albany

— Funeral Mass for Marjorie K. Raymond, 96, of New Albany, will be at 1 p.m. Monday, May 13, at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Clarksville, with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery, Jeffersonville. She died Thursday, May 9, 2013, at Providence Retirement Home, New Albany.

She graduated from Arkansas State University class of 1938 and retired as a teacher at Sacred Heart Academy in Louisville. She was a native of Parsons, Tenn.

She is survived by her sons, William F. Raymond and wife, Sharon, of Clarksville, and Stephen P. Raymond and wife, Joan, of Jacksonville, Fla.; daughter, Melinda Ann Raymond, of Paoli; grandchildren, William F. Raymond Jr. and wife, Melissa, and Bryan L. Raymond and wife, Angela; great-granddaughters, Taylor Raymond and Reese Raymond; and step-great-granddaughter, Danielle Everage. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis J. Raymond; father, Joseph Kincannon; mother, Minnie Kincannon. 

Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Monday, at E.M. Coots’ Sons Funeral Home, Jeffersonville.
