Martin ‘Louie’ Forcht

87; Sellersburg

— Funeral services for  Martin “Louie” Forcht, 87,  Sellersburg, will be at 1 p.m. Monday, March 31, at Seabrook Dieckmann & Naville Funeral Homes, Market Street Chapel, New Albany, with interment in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park, New Albany. He died Wednesday, March 26, 2014, at Norton Hospital, Louisville.

He was a retired truck driver for Holland Motor Express. He was a Marine Corps veteran of World War II and a member of American Legion Post 204, Sellersburg.

 Survivors include a niece, Michelle Fraley and her husband, Don; nephew, Michael Timberlake and his wife, Tracy; great-nephew, Logan McClure; great- niece, Brooklyn McClure; great-niece, Claudia Timberlake; great-nephew, Norman Rusk; great-niece, Sheara Harper; great-nephew, Matthew Rusk; great-nephew, Tyler Rusk; cousin, Charles Schott and his wife, Anita; sister-In-law, Pamela Robison and her husband, Rick; and brother-In-law, Carl Rusk and  his wife, Melissa.

   He was preceded in death by his wife, Jo-Ann Forcht, parents, Louis and Ethel Forcht, sister, Marion Roth, and niece, Janice Haley.

Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Sunday and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, at the funeral home.

Expressions of sympathy may be made to Victory Baptist Church.
