William Max Clary, Jr. Atty.

66; of New Albany

— A tribute gathering and visitation for William Max Clary, Jr. Atty., 66, of New Albany, will be from 1 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 27, at Kraft Funeral Service, Charlestown Road Chapel, New Albany. He died Monday, Feb. 25, 2013, at his home.

  He was born Jan. 25, 1947, in Clinton, to William Max and Jo Ann Clary. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, friend, counselor and coach and a member of the Clark County and Indiana Bar Associations.

Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Brenda Montgomery Clary; son, Trey Clary; daughter, Shannan Stock and her husband, Shayne; grandchildren, Benjamin, Joanie, and Claire E. Stock; brother, Tom Clary and his wife, Betty; nephew and nieces, TC, Allison, Lauren, and Kristen; and many other extended family members.           

  In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his uncle, John Clary and parents-in-law, Joe Ray and Ruth Montgomery.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice or to the New Albany Little League.
