Bernice Brock, 95; of Georgetown

Funeral services for Bernice Brock, 95, of Georgetown, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 22, at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home, Georgetown, with burial in Edwardsville Cemetery. She died Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services, New Albany.

 She was born Oct. 25, 1917, in Georgetown, to Joseph and Clara Mickels Wiseman. At 95 years young she was still active with her family and friends and loved being involved in her Guerin Woods Community. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Lanesville.

She is survived by two sons, William R Brock and his wife, Deanna, of New Middletown, and Robert R. Brock and his wife, Shirley, of Lanesville; two daughters, Patricia L. Campbell and her husband, Irvin, of New Albany, and Paula Reilly and her husband, Greg, of Corydon; a sister, Virginia Cunningham, of Corydon; 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and several loving nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond F. Brock; and one son, Tommy Brock.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, at the funeral home.

The family suggest memorial donations be made to St. Mary’s Catholic Church or Guerin Woods.
