Lillie Virginia ‘Tiddles’ Whitson, 80; of Jeffersonville

— Funeral services for Lillie Virginia “Tiddles” Whitson, 80 of Jeffersonville, will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 28, at the Market Street Chapel of Seabrook Dieckmann & Naville Funeral Homes with interment to follow at SCI Graceland Memorial Park. She died Christmas Day, Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2012, at her home.

She was the former Lillie Nobles. She was a homemaker and a member of the V.F.W. #3281 ladies auxiliary.

Survivors include two sons, Butch Whitson and wife Sarah, of Salem and Nelson R. Whitson and wife Karen of Borden; four daughters, Patricia Andres, of Clarksville, Phyllis Gentry and husband Doug, of Clarksville, Lorna Wilburn and husband Chuck of Florida and Kendra Stofel and husband Randy, of Clarksville; one sister, Stella Cooke, of Floyds Knobs; 16 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Nelson “Pappy” Whitson; two sons, Michael and Kent Kallembach; brother Bobby Nobles; and sister Charlotte Crum.

Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. today [Thursday] and from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
