Beulah ‘Diane’ Sallee

71; of Floyds Knobs

— Funeral services for Beulah “Diane” Sallee, 71, of Floyds Knobs, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, at Kraft Funeral Service, Charlestown Road Chapel, New Albany, with burial in Resthaven Cemetery, Louisville. She died Monday, Nov. 5, 2012, at Baptist Hospital East in Louisville.

She was born July 27, 1941, in Lodiburg, Ky., to the late Pierce and Sarah Alliene Hall Newton. She was a member of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church and American Legion Auxiliary Post 42.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Survivors include her husband of 25 years, Michael T. Sallee; son, Kevin Harris and his wife, Carla; daughters, Tambra Cassidy, and Tina England and her husband, Teddy; grandchildren, Chelsie A. Stolte and her husband, Ivan, Christopher Drake Cassidy, Brittany J. Headley and her husband, Brandon, Lindsey E. Harris, Nathan L. Coleman, James Kyle Harris, Jacob K. Harris, and Tara Diane Reilly; great-grandchildren, Brooklyn June Headley, Makenna Michael Stolte, Braylon Thomas Stolte, and Bryson Seth Headley; sister,    Marilyn MacGregor and her husband, Don; and brothers, Pierce A. Newton and his wife, Vicki, and Roger F. Newton and his wife, Cindy.

Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Kosair Children’s Hospital.
