Theodore H. Winebrenner Jr.

80; Jeffersonville

— A funeral Mass for Theodore H. Winebrenner Jr., 80, Jeffersonville, will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 7, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, New Albany, with burial and military honors at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, New Albany. He died Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2013.

 He retired from America Cellophone and was a United States Marine Corps veteran. He was a member of the VFW Hobart Beach Post 1693, the Marine Corp League, and St. Mary’s Catholic Church. He was born Feb. 14, 1933 in Louisville, to the late Theodore H. Sr. and Margaret Maples Winebrenner.

He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Rosalyn I. Freeman Winebrenner; stepchildren, Brenda Smith and her husband, Kenneth, Joyce McCulloch and her husband, Sammy, and LouAnn Bland and her husband, Doug; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren, and five nieces and nephews.   

In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his step-daughter, Susan Freeman, and sister, Dot Boarders. 

Visitation will be from 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday, at Newcomer Funeral Home, New Albany,
