Randall Wayne ‘Randy’ Cummings, 56; Clarksville

— Funeral services for Randall Wayne “Randy” Cummings, 56, Clarksville, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 13, at Kraft Funeral Service, Spring Street Chapel, New Albany, with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery, Jeffersonville. He died Sunday, March 9, 2014, at his home.

 He was born June 24, 1957 in Louisville, to the late Glenn and Lorena M. Mudd Cummings and was married for some 40 years to the love of his life, Laura Clark Cummings. He was a retired 25 year employee of Rohm Hass Company, Louisville. He loved hunting, fishing, his family and especially his best friend and wife Laura.  Randy was a people person and “Poppy” to his entire family and grand-pup “Bane”.  He will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by his family and all who knew him.

Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Laura A. Clark Cummings; daughter, Misty Sharp and husband, Ronnie; son, Bradley Cummings and wife, Teresa;

seven grandchildren, Corey, Levi, Brandi, and Bailey Sharp, Ethan, Kirsten, and

Jacob Cummings; and one great-grand-daughter, Rylee Campbell and his Grand-“Pup” Bane; a sister, Lucricia Cummings; two brothers,    David Cummings and wife, Val, and Garry Cummings; and six nephews and nieces, Adam and his wife,  Melissa, Ryan, Yvonne, Doug and his wife, Dedra, Caleb and Maci.

 He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Glendall, step-dad, Raymond Hack, and great nephew, Chase Cummings.

Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and after 9 a.m. Thursday, at the funeral home.
