Vivian Edith Richardson

80; Georgetown

— Funeral services for Vivian Edith Richardson, 80, Georgetown, will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 19, at Newcomer Funeral Home, New Albany, with burial to follow at the Rehoboth Cemetery, Laconia. She died Friday, Aug. 16, 2013.

Vivian was born on March 15, 1933, in Elizabeth to the late Arthur and Althea Mae (Shoemaker) Hockman. She loved to travel, go to yard sales, and hunting and fishing with her husband.

She is survived by her husband, Bob Richardson; stepchildren, Cheryl Richie and her husband John, Patricia Greenwell and her husband Dwight and Jack Richardson and his wife Venessa; nine grandchildren; 15 nieces; 6 nephews; and many other relatives.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Roy and Clarence; and her sisters, Dorothy, Nellie, Bessie and Elva.

Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
