Joe S. Lyninger

19; of New Albany

Funeral services for Joe S. Lyninger, 19, of New Albany, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 15, at Seabrook Dieckmann & Naville Funeral Homes, Market Street Chapel, New Albany, with burial in Fairview Cemetery, New Albany. He died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012, as the result of a motor vehicle accident in Lexington, Ky.

 He was a native of New Albany, and was a student at Bluegrass Community Technical College in Lexington. He was a 2011 graduate of Woodford County High School in Versailles, Ky. He loved computers and was an avid gamer.

Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Nancy and Norman Rogers, of Georgetown, Ky.; half brother,    James Lyninger, of New Albany; stepbrother, Darren Rogers, of    Washington D.C.; stepsisters, Leia Rogers, of Texas, and Stacy Lew, of Clarksville; step-grandparents, Norman Lee and Marion Rogers, of Starlight; and several aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Joe Lyninger, and his grandparents, James and Josephine Lyninger, James Mayfield, and Doris Jean Craig.

Visitaiton will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Friday, at the funeral home.
